Collaboration aux travaux du SIEJ

Description

The project consists in pursuing, in collaboration with the SIEJ, the theme of the distinction between private and public law. The new theme of the SIEJ is "The (public)/(private) law distinction: blurring, innovations and cross-influences. Th. LÉONARD and J. VAN MEERBEECK will present a contribution next year on the notion of subjective right.
