Major judgments concerning « Economic » Lease

Description

The research targets common law leases and commercial leases. In accordance with the standard of the collection, the project has identified about fifty decisions of the Court of Cassation, which are commented. The publication will be done by Larcier.
Three quarters of the contributions have been written. Some still need to be re-read and, if necessary, adapted. The project will be continued and, if possible, completed during the current academic year.
