Foundations and transformations of contemporary law

Description

Since its foundation in 1974, the SIEJ has been an observatory of contemporary legal transformations. Its collective publications reflect the variety of topics addressed in its research cycles. In addition to supporting the research activities of its members, always from an interdisciplinary and meta perspective, the SIEJ issues a biannual journal and welcomes a number of Belgian and foreign researchers.
