Law and literature. Law, language and translation

Description

Originating in the United States, the "law and literature" movement is now recognized as a way of renewing the fundamental questions of the philosophy of law, by articulating law, philosophy and literary studies. This line of research is a continuation of a former collective project of the SIEJ and continues to be pursued by several of its members, including François Ost, its initiator.
