Description

The ancient roman trial and the greek theater are similar as to the form of the legal or tragic (or comic) action. The perspective between the "mimèsis" (according to Platon and Aristote) and the frame of the legal proceedings in Rome reveal an original line of analysis of the origin of law and politic in the ancient city.
