About the Centre

The CESIR is a research centre of the University Saint-Louis - Brussels which brings together sociologists as well as researchers from other social sciences, around three themes:

- public action and the manufacture of the subject;

- cities, territories and environments;

- intersectionality, identities and minority experiences.

These lines of research are studied in various ways, through fundamental and situated research, interventions, expert missions and action research.
